What is included in the rental?

Barn weddings include both the lower and upper level of our stunning century old barn, the outside Grain Bin Bar, our beautifully landscaped altar/stage, indoor/outdoor seating for the ceremony, farm house tables, fire pit, climate control, a bridal suite, an adequate number of bartenders, and a manager present during your day.

The Farmhouse includes the upper loft, main level, lower level, altar with seating, a bridal suite, an adequate number of bartenders, and a manager on-site throughout the day.

Are there restrooms in the barn?

Yes, the barn has men’s and women’s, as well as a family restroom.

Are you open year-round?

Yes, we are a year round venue.

Do you allow a DJ or a band?

Yes, our century-old farm has state-of-the-art technology to accommodate either a live band or a DJ.

May we use real candles?

No, however we do allow LED or artificial candles.

Where do we park?

There is designated parking lot onsite, as well as overflow parking if necessary.

What are your catering options?

You may choose a licensed caterer of your choice, however they are responsible for clearing all of the tables following the meal.

Do we have to get desserts from the caterer?

No, you may get your desserts from any licensed baker, pastry chef or retailer.

May we have late night snacks?

Yes, those do not have to come from the caterer, yet they must be purchased from a retailer and/or a licensed facility.

What is your capacity?

250 guests in the Barn and 100 guests in the Farmhouse.

If someone has too much to drink, may we leave a vehicle overnight?

Yes, for the simple fact we do not want anyone driving under the influence.

Do you permit animals?

As much as we love animals here at the farm, our liability insurance does not permit them on our property.

May we have Farm staff set up all the chairs?

Yes, this is an A La Carte option in the rental agreement.

What is the latest we are permitted to have music?

At 11:30 the bartenders will make the last call. Music must be off by midnight with clean up complete by 1:00 a.m.

What time may we set up? May we bring our own decorations?

You can begin decorating as early as 8:00 a.m. and you may certainly bring in your own flowers and decor.

May we come the day prior to drop of items and start decorating?

This is permitted depending on whether it would interfere with other events on the farm.

May we do rehearsal there the day before?

Yes you may if the space is available.

Can we utilize nails while decorating?

No, we suggest using fishing line, jute rope, wire or Command Strips or Scotch Wall Mounting Tape.

May we decorate the trees & have flower petals down the aisle?

Yes, yet we ask that you take down and clean up any greenery and/or flowers as they will stain our shiplap flooring.
